Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once Seedpods have been prepared or shipped. Refunds can only be considered in the event of an error in order processing or defective products.

Certain situations only allow for partial refunds (if applicable).

  • Any item that does not correspond to its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not related to our error.

  • One or more services deployed on-site have not been performed.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.

Refunds:

After receiving and verifying the progress of the project, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your request and confirm the refund. Within a few days, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds with receipts will be made according to the price paid at the time of purchase.

Exchange (where applicable):
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@greenier.ca and send your item back.
